Leon Munro leads the Ministry Care Network.  His heart and goal is to assist Pastors in their role of serving God and their Church in their local community.  

Leon's goal is to see a network of spiritually healthy Pastors who work together to develop, encourage, equip and support other local pastors and their families.

The Ministry Care Network oversees Renewal Retreat Groups for Pastors, Pastors Wives and Women in Ministry. Groups currently function on the Far North Coast, Mid North Coast and Sydney region.

When a pastor or family member is in crisis, the Ministry Care Network is available for support. If the crisis situation requires negotiation with, or support of a church leadership, the Ministry Health team is available to assist.

The Leader of the Ministers Care Network does not do ongoing counselling, but can refer to a wide range of professionals.

The Ministry Care Network can provide a wide range of resources to assist in self-care, spiritual development and review processes. Help is also available in preparation for interviews and negotiations with churches.
